When there isn't a drawing, draw one in Flow: rooms and walls built from real UK build-ups, doors and windows, elevations, steel beams, drainage, services and finishes. Because you drew it to scale, Flow works out the quantities from it — room and wall areas net of openings, plaster and tile m², drain runs, chambers and excavation, steel sections and padstones — and prices the materials from your own list. It prints as a true-scale PDF with its schedules, and exports to DXF.
The scope read off every uploaded sheet
For the architect's PDFs, Flow reads what is marked against each room — the clouded new work, the notes, the finishes — and turns it into areas and scope for the tender. It doesn't pretend to scale an uploaded PDF: sizes and quantities come from you or are recorded as assumptions you can check.
