- Yes. CIS deductions (20%, 30% or gross status) are calculated on the labour element per HMRC rules, and invoices apply the VAT domestic reverse charge with the correct wording, including the amount the customer must account for to HMRC.
- Is my data safe, and is it backed up?
- Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every company's rows are isolated by row-level security in the database itself, and two-factor sign-in can be made compulsory for your firm. It is backed up four ways every night, including an encrypted off-site copy on a different provider, and that copy is restored into a fresh database and checked every week.
