Where AI already works on site

Tendering: upload the specification and drawings, and Flow, the AI estimator in Valegrid Flow, reads the scope room by room, prices it from your own rates, writes down every assumption and drafts the quotation. You approve each step and send the quote. Records: an assistant answers questions from your own diaries, timesheets and documents, and cites where the answer came from.

Admin: one approved timesheet produces CIS payroll, the HAVS record, the valuation and the invoice, with no re-keying. At our own firm that took weekly admin from about a day to around ten minutes.

Is this just Valegrid Flow?

Flow is one route. If your existing tools can do the job with AI connected, we do that instead; if neither fits, we build what you need.

Do our crews need to learn new software?
