We exist to build software that earns its place — systems that remove operational bottlenecks, drive revenue, and stand up to investor and acquirer scrutiny. We are founders building for founders, with our own capital on the line.
We are a small, senior, UK-based team — by deliberate choice. The team you meet is the team that delivers. No offshore mills, no junior bait-and-switch, no rotating roster of contractors managed from a distance.
For every client engagement, you own 100% of the intellectual property — the code, the data, and the roadmap. Our internal ventures are ours; your custom build is entirely yours. No equity asks, no code held hostage, no lock-in.
Alongside client work we build and run our own profitable SaaS — VALEGRID FLOW, a construction-operations platform, live in production. Backing our own products with our own money keeps us honest about cost, risk, and what software actually requires to scale. When you hire us, that founder's instinct comes with us.
